Ingredients 材料:
- A) 1 package(340g) Cake Mix / 蛋糕混合粉一包(340克)
- B) 2 Eggs / 雞蛋2粒
- C) 60g Margarine Spread or Soft Butter / 牛油60克
- D) 190ml(¾cup) Milk / 牛奶190毫升(¾杯)
Method 做法:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 6cm deep x 20cm round cake pan. 預熱烤箱攝氏180度。圓形烤盤 6cm x 20cm 凃油。
2. Empty the sachet into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk and unsalted butter. Using an electric mixer beat on low speed for 30 seconds to combine. Increase speed to medium and mix for 4 minutes. 將蛋糕混合粉、雞蛋、牛奶和牛油用電動攪拌器,以低速30秒將材料混合均勻後,再以中速攪拌4分鐘。
3. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Stand 5 minutes in pan before turning onto a wire rack to cool. 把粉漿倒入圓形烤盤中,放入預熱烤箱,以攝氏180度烤約40-45分鐘,取出放在鐵綫架上待涼。
這一次我學聰明了,用大的烤盤烘烤。
但是,烤盤的油塗抹不夠,結果蛋糕粘在烤盤上,強力取出時蛋糕已四分五裂了。
