Peanut Butter Cookies 花生醬曲奇
Ingredients 材料:

150g Unsalted Butter 無鹽牛油150克

125g Peanut Butter 花生醬125克

1packet (500g) Super Biscuit Premix 超級餅乾粉1包(500克)

Flour 麵粉

Sugar 糖

Baking Powder 發粉

Milk Powder 奶粉

Flavour 香精
For glazing 搽料:

1 Egg Yolk 蛋黃1粒
Method 做法:

Combine Ingredient (1) and (2) together in a mixer. Beat well and add in Ingredient (3). Mix to form a dough. 材料(1)及(2)放入攪拌器拌勻,加入材料(3)拌成軟團。

Scale dough at 7g per piece, Shape into rounds and place on lined baking trays. Glaze cookies. 將軟團分成每份7克,搓圓後排在鋪了蛋糕紙的烘盤,搽上蛋液。

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Cool well. 將烤盤放入預熱烤箱,以攝氏180度烘烤20分鐘,取出待涼。
沒完全按照食譜,擅自更改了一些材料和分量,到目前爲止,這是我最成功的烘焙糕點,真的真的很好吃!
