English Tea Cake 英式午茶蛋糕
Ingredients材料:
- A) 1 package(400g) Cake Mix(Cinnamon sugar sachet included)/蛋糕混合粉一包(400克)(内附肉桂糖粉一包)
- B) 3 Eggs/雞蛋3粒
- C) 4 Tbsps(80g) Soft Polyunsaturated Margarine or Butter/牛油80克
- D) ²⁄3 cup(150ml) Milk/牛奶²⁄3杯
Method 做法:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a deep round cake pan or lightly grease a non-stick round cake pan. 預熱烤箱攝氏180度。圓形烤盤20cm x 7cm(8″x2¾”) 凃油。
2. Place cake mix, 3 eggs, 4 tablespoons soft polyunsaturated margarine and ²⁄3 cup milk into a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed until ingredients are combined. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes, scrape down sides of bowl occasionally. Pour batter into prepared round cake pan. 蛋糕混合粉、雞蛋、牛油和牛奶用電動打蛋器,以慢速將材料混合均勻後,再以中速攪拌2分鐘,然後把粉漿倒入圓形烤盤中。
3. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cake is baked if it springs back when lightly touched in the centre. Allow cake to cool in pan for 5 minutes prior to inverting onto a cooling wire. 放入預熱烤箱,以攝氏180度烤約40-45分鐘,取出放在鐵綫架上待涼。
4. To prepare topping 預備糕面:
- Brush 1 tablespoon(20g) melted polyunsaturated margarine over top of hot cake and sprinkle contents of cinnamon topping sachet evenly over top of melted margarine. 用碗盛牛油,座於熱水中使其熔化。將牛油溶液塗抹在蛋糕上,再灑上肉桂糖粉即可。
* Makes 1 cake. 可制一個蛋糕。
好丑的蛋糕啊!烤盤太小,粉漿不夠空間膨脹導致頂部裂開。都說了要用圓形烤盤,卻用長形。沒辦法啦!家裏僅有的就那麽一個。
是難看了一點,像麵包多一點,唉呀!”將就”一點咯!怎麽說都是我的第一次嘛!可是味道好好哦!
