Orange Chiffon Cake香橙雪芳極

Ingredients材料：

• 7 Egg whites蛋白7粒（蛋小需8粒）（室溫）
• 4 Egg yolks蛋黃4粒（蛋小需5粒）（室溫）
• 1 tsp Cream of tartar打打粉1小匙
• 1 tsp Orange essence橙香油1小匙
• 200g Sugar白糖200克（Fine sugar)
• 160g Flour麵粉160克（Top Flour或Hong Kong Flour）
• 90g Melted butter溶化牛油90克（可用粟米油替代）
• 100ml Orange juice橙汁（如用市售果汁糖分需減少）
• 1 tsp Baking powder發粉1小匙（雙倍發粉）

Method做法：

1. Beat egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar at high speed until foamy. 打蛋白、糖、打打粉至發白。（重型攪拌器5分鐘，家庭式攪拌器約25分鐘）
2. Mix egg yolks, melted butter, orang juice and orange essence till smooth. 蛋黃、牛油、橙汁攪拌至均勻。（無需使用攪拌器）
3. Add in flour, baking powder and fold in egg whites mixture mix well. 加入麵粉、發粉和蛋白混合物，攪拌至幼滑。（發粉加入麵粉内，1/2份量放入做法1，1/2份量做法2，用手各自攪拌兩份麵糊至均勻，然後混合倒入23cm烤盤）（烤盤無需抹油，油會讓烤好的蛋糕倒放時滑落）
4. Bake for 40minutes (200’c). 烘於200’c爐内約40分鐘。（預熱15分鐘，中高溫170-200’c）（小烤箱150-170’c）（半途打開烤箱會導致蛋糕塌陷）
5. Turn cake tin over on a cake rack to cool before loosening cake. 蛋糕烘盤要倒放在涼糕架上至蛋糕全冷卻才可取出。（一定要倒放，不然蛋糕會塌陷）

Cheese Potato Muffin Cake芝士馬鈴薯馬分蛋糕

Ingredient材料：

• 100-120g Cream cheese奶油乳酪100-120克（加在麵粉裏）
• Appropriate amount of Shredded Cheese細絲芝士適量（放在完成的麵糊上）
• 500g Flour普通麵粉500克（Plain Flour）
• 200g Butter牛油200克
• 300g Sugar白糖300克
• 350ml Milk牛奶350毫升
• 200g Potato馬鈴薯200克（蒸熟）
• 4 Eggs雞蛋4粒
• 1 tsp Vanilla essence香精1小匙
• 1 tsp Baking soda蘇打粉1小匙
• 2 tsp Baking Powder發粉2小匙（雙倍發粉）

Method做法：

1. Sift flour, baking powder and soda. 將麵粉、發粉和蘇打粉過篩。（過篩2次）
2. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla essence. 打蛋、白糖和香精。
3. Add in sifted flour mixture, potato, milk and melted butter mix well. 加入麵粉混合物、馬鈴薯、牛奶和溶化牛油攪拌均勻。（將Cream cheese、馬鈴薯、牛奶、牛油、白糖和香精入攪拌器攪拌，然後慢慢加入雞蛋，最後轉低速放入麵粉後，加速攪拌一下即可。
4. Pour the mixture into baking tins. Decorate with shredded cheese. 把麵糊倒入小紙杯，再飾以細絲芝士。
5. Bake at 200-220’c for 20 minutes. 烘於200-220’c約20分鐘。

*老師以自身經驗修改食譜，以前可能我過於一板一眼跟著食譜做法，才會讓蛋糕變成餅乾。想成爲蛋糕達人，得不斷的練習，從錯誤中累積經驗，加油咯~

The Snail and the whale.

This is tale of tiny snail

And a great big, grey-blue humpback whale.

This is a rock as black as soot,

And tis is a snail with an itchy foot.

The sea snail slithered all over the rock

And gazed at the sea and the ships in the dock.

And as she gazed she sniffed and sighed.

“The sea is deep and the world is wide!

Said the tiny snail.

These are the other snails in the flock,

Who all stuck tight to the smooth black rock

And said to the snail with the itchy foot,

“Be quiet! Don’t wriggle! Sit still! Stay put!”

But the tiny sea snail sighed and sniffed,

Then cried, “I’ve got it! I’ll hitch a lift!”

This is the trail

Of the tiny snail,

A silvery trail that looped and curled

This is the whale who came one night

When the tide was high and the stars were bright.

A humpback whale, immensely long,

Who sang to the snail a wonderful song

Of shimmering ice and coral caves

And shooting stars and enormous waves.

And this is the tail

Of the humpback whale.

He held it out of the starlit sea

And said to the snail,

“Come sail with me.”

This is the sea,

So wild and free,

That carried the whale

And the snail on his tail

To towering icebergs and far-off lands,

With fiery mountains and golden sands.

These are the waves that arched and crashed,

That foamed and frolicked and sprayed and splashed

The tiny snail

On the tail of the whale.

These are the caves

Beneath the waves,

Where stripy fish with feathery fins

And sharks with hideous toothy grins

Swam round the whale

And the snail on his tail.

This is the sky

So vast and high,

Sometimes sunny and blue and warm,

sometimes filled with a thunderstorm,

With zigzag lightning

Flashing and frightening

The tiny snail

On the tail of the whale.

And she gazed at the sky, the sea, the land,

The waves and the caves and the golden sand,

She gazed and gazed, amazed by it all,

And she said to the whale, “I feel so small.”

But then came the day

The whale lost his way…

These are the speedboats, running a race,

Zigging and zooming all over the place,

Upsetting the whale with their earsplitting roar,

Making him swim too close to the shore.

This is the tide, slipping away…

And this is the whale lying beached in a bay.

“Quick! Off the sand! Back to sea!”

Cried the snail.

“I can’t move on land! I’m too big!”

Moaned the whale.

The snail felt helpless and terrible small.

Then, “I’ve got it!” she cried,

And started to crawl.

“I must not fail,” said the tiny snail.

This is the bell on the school in the bay,

Ringing the children in from their play.

This is the teacher, holding her chalk,

Telling the class, “Sit straight! Don’t talk!” 

This is the board, as black as soot…

And this is the snail with the itchy foot!

“A snail! A snail!”

The teacher turns pale.

“Look!” say the children.

“It’s leaving a trail.”

This is the trail

Of the tiny snail,

A silvery trail saying…

These are the children, running from school,

Fetching the firemen, digging a pool,

Squirting and spraying to keep the whale cool.

This is the tide coming into the bay,

And these are the villagers shouting, “Hooray!”

As the whale and the snail travel safely away…

Back to the dock

And the flock on the rock,

Who said, “How time’s flown!”

And, “Haven’t you grown!”

And the whale and the snail

Told their wonderful tale

Of shimmering ice and coral caves,

And shooting stars and enormous waves,

And of how the snail, so small and frail,

With her looping, curling, silvery trail,

Saved the life of the humpback whale.

Then the humpback whale

Held out his tail

And on crawled snail after snail after snail.

And they sang to the sea as they all set sail

On the tail of the grey-blue humpback whale.

每年中秋節，都很懷念小時候吃的“月光餅”。

大大圓圓綠豆做的月光餅，盛載著很多很多我們姐弟的童年回憶。

那是一份老爸給我們的愛。

隨著老爸的離開，月光餅忽然也消失了。

聽説，這間有40年歷史的餅家有賣月光餅。

我們千里迢迢來到這裡尋找那份感動，結果還是失望。

他們已經不再生産月光餅了。

餅家爲什麽放棄數十年的傳統月光餅不做，反而浪費時間做奇怪的冰皮豬籠餅呢？

思從台北帶回來的手信“那些年，我們一起吃的糖果”。

這是今晚賞月會的餘興遊戲節目哦~

“幼稚我就是幼稚，才會吃糖吃這麽久”。。

長得比我高的外甥，讓我感覺歲月無情呀~

除了小QE和妹妹，燈籠已經不是外甥們的玩具了。

玩蠟燭，他們倒是有丁點兒興趣。

他們的傑作。

八月十四的月亮，雖然不及十五明亮，卻因我們一家團聚而變得圓滿。

月，的確是故鄉明。

最近，因爲柔佛州的Legoland，掀起了一陣樂高小旋風。 

那天，到機場送行，通常出國我們去T1，找在機場工作的雙Q阿嫲吃飯約在T3，已經很久沒去Terminal 2了。

這個晚上，發現T2的離境廳有一幅很美的畫，近看，原來是用樂高積木堆砌而成的。

這麽浩大的工程，當然不只是一個人的成就。

這幅畫，分開許多小部分，由不同的組員拼湊，最後再把全部組合成一幅巨圖。

下回經過T2，不妨停下腳步，體會積少成多的震撼。

引頸期盼，等待2個多月，今天終於見到我們的新車了~

雙Q爸的第4輛車。

他掙扎許久，才決定買休旅車。

因爲，他一直覺得休旅車長得像冰箱。。説服不了自己整天得帶著冰箱到處走。。

我的老公，有時還真的可愛。

買轎車送腳車，＄400多元，Free的~

最樂的當然是小QE。

老虎車的第一個任務是~載我們去吃午餐。

這是距離車行不到10分鐘車程的向日葵日本餐館。

Ala-carte自助午餐，有麵食、飯類、天婦籮、生魚片和壽司等等。

Shabu-shabu也包括在内，牛肉和雞肉任你吃。

可是一些食材得付費，比如老虎蝦。

食物美味指數，滿分10分，雙Q爸給6分。

不過，他強調生魚片很新鮮。

相比舊車，這輛老虎車，機關重重，對他們來説好玩極了。

老虎車實在太舒服了。

滴了！滴了！妹妹的口水留下來啦~

天啊，怎麽嫁出去呀~

嘿，這個橋段把它納入廣告中，不錯耶~

2012年9月23日，我們的老虎車誕生了~

大家都知道，車子的Logo是獅子，爲什麽我們喚它老虎車呢？

原因是，雙Q爸第一次與我們提起這輛車，說那是一只老虎。。

就這樣，明明是指獅為虎，叫著叫著，習慣了反而感覺親切。

老虎車，今天開始，我們就是一家人咯~

記不起什麽時候，最後一次到裕華園。

在懷孕妹妹之前，所以至少有5年吧。

雖然早已知道每年的中秋燈會大同小異，可是爲了讓孩子們有提燈籠的童年記憶，還是決定再度重游。

約了思及她的女兒共游裕華園，小孩們有一段日子沒相聚了。

今年燈會主題是《童話世界》，顧名思義以童話故事為主軸。

七彩繽紛的燈飾有賣火柴的小女孩、白雪公主、三只小豬等等。

一顆再普通不過的大樹，把願望寫在塑料銅板上，用力將銅板往上丟挂在樹枝上，許願樹就這樣誕生了。

是有點牽強，但是還是有人選擇相信。

不管怎麽樣，在樹前留影，沾染一些喜氣，盼我們的心願也會成真。

妹妹入園，首先提喜羊羊電池燈籠，然後看見哥哥和大姐姐們的蠟燭燈籠，自己也湊一份熱鬧。

沒多久，經過氣球攤，喜新厭舊不玩燈籠啦，溜狗去了。

她和柔姐姐比較搭，喜好一致呢~

這個湖，因爲這些天鵝，變成天鵝湖。

天鵝湖的煙花大會，短暫卻璀璨。

我們以爲這晚的燈會就此划下美麗句點。

離開時，還挺回味一起看煙花的夜晚。。

誰知道，可怕的交通阻塞，把我們困在停車場長達近1小時。

下回到訪，應該會是另一個5年吧！

只要戀愛，每個人都會受傷。

傷痕，是戀愛的徽章。
